ThinkGhMusic-Who is GSOUND and how did you get your beginning in the music industry?
GSOUND-I am Emmanuel Godswill by birth my stage name is GSOUND. I started singing when I was 12 years old in the church.
ThinkGhMusic-Where do you come from?
GSOUND-I was born in Benue State, Nigeria and moved to Enugu State, Nigeria and was raised there and I continue to reside in Enugu State, Nigeria.
ThinkGhMusic-Tell me a little about you and your family?
GSOUND-There are six siblings in my family and I am the fourth born, there are four boys and two girls born to my parents.
ThinkGhMusic-Who is your inspiration and how do they inspire you?
GSOUND-My Pastor always inspired me in my choice of music and he would always tell me to keep up the hard work that I was putting into my music and he would always say. “Son in everything you do let God be first always.”
ThinkGhMusic-Any tips for future musicians trying to make it in today’s music industry?
GSOUND-My humble advice to upcoming artistes would be to always make sound decisions and work hard so that they will attain greater heights in the music industry for their future to come.
ThinkGhMusic-What genre of music do you consider your music?
GSOUND-My music genre is Gospel music I love singing for my Creator and also touching people lives as well.
ThinkGhMusic-What does “Lord You Are The Reason” mean to you and why did you write it?
GSOUND-Unlimited Prince and I wrote the song and it says all in why God is my reason for being here and doing what we do in life.
ThinkGhMusic-Where in the music industry do you see yourself and what can we expect from you in the future?
GSOUND-The main goal that I have and looking to achieve in the music industry is to make a good name in my country Nigeria and to make every dream that I have to come to reality with God’s help always, He is my strength and my reason for being here.
