She sung for two uninterrupted hours live. She had no curtain raisers; it was her alone from the start to the end. She was time conscious because she stepped on stage at 8:30pm with her timeless hit “Nabikoowa” (I Got Fade Up).
In her first round performance, she started with “Nabikoowa” (I Got Fade Up). She further performed her finest hits like “Ndi Bulungi” (I am Okay), “Omutima Oguluma” (A heart that hurts) and ended with “Sanyu Lyange” (My Joy).
Serena (Victoria Hall) was filled to a full capacity to the extent that some people had to stand and watch the Diva perform live on stage. She is the first Ugandan artiste to stage a concert and a ticket cost 100,000/= Shs when compared to other artistes, their costs are very low.
Her performance was amazing, the vocals were perfect as usual, her band was always on point and a perfectly mounted stage.
She had three rounds of unstoppable showpiece. On her third round, she turned Serena into a club because no person was left seated. She performed her latest single titled “Nakupenda” (I Love You) which is going to be released soon. She provided an astonishing live band performances on “Nakei Nairobi” by Mbilia Bel, “Again” by Janet Jackson followed by “Can’t Make You Love” Me by Tank.
Co-operates couldn’t sit any longer because Juliana was killing them Softly so they decided to stand and started dancing till the show ended. Other songs from her old dairies which she performed include “Libe Essanyu”, “Say It”, “Kibaluma”, “Diana”, “Usiende Mbali”, “Mpita Njia”, “Haturudi Nyuma”, “Kanyimbe” etc.
The audience that gathered in their numbers were satisfied but again they never wanted the show to end as they craved for more.
