Heavenly endowed Femcee Eno has called upon the organizers of the prestigious Ghana Music Awards, Charter House to include ‘Best Female Rapper’ in their award show.
The multi talented lyricist who is widely known for her chronic free styling skills on almost any beat made this known during her interview with ace radio presenter Abeiku Santana on his prime time show ‘EKWANSO DWOODWOO’ on Okay 101.7 FM.
Eno stressed on the fact that if this category is introduced just like the ‘Discovery Of The Year’ it will motivate more female rappers to up their game as the music scene is widely dominated by their male counterparts.
Although she is a female, Eno is ready for any rap battle be it with a male or female and has promised fans she will be collaborating with top acts like EL, Sarkodie, Shata Wale and Joey B among others.
Her ‘Tonga’ refix a cover remix to Joey B’s ‘Tonga’ was an instant hit and has been gaining lots of airplay nationwide.
The rap mainstream scene has had a long silence when it comes to a major female rapper dominating since Abrewa Nana fizzled out so it will be refreshing to see some feminine bars back on our airwaves.
